| Description |
The Application Training Specialist is responsible for delivering online and in-person training to new and current Associates.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for assessing training needs and presenting technical training material to large and small groups.
Creates and edits training materials as needed.
Responsible for maintaining Associate training completion records.
Assists with walk-up and logged support requests.
Assists with test software updates.
Responsible for reviewing financial and occupancy reports and trouble shooting software and accounting issues.
Participates in Company-provided training.
Complies with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Performs other tasks as directed by any person authorized to give such instructions or assignments.

| Special Requirements |
Preferred candidate will have a minimum of five years in on-site property management with at least one of those years as the Property Manager. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint is required. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are also required. Applicants must also have the proven ability to perform, present and teach technical training material, including basic math calculations. Ability to provide analysis, create and edit training materials, maintain associate training completion records, assist with walk up and logged support requests, test software upgrades, review financial and occupancy reports, and trouble shoot software and accounting issues. Must be flexible, creative, have the ability to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and multi-task.
Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years experience on MRI Web and familiarity with SQL databases. Knowledge of Yardi, AMSI and E-Site is also helpful. Strong organizational skills and focus on being team player is a must.
